FEW SPIRITS

FEW Spirits are a new take on timeless distilling techniques, and transcend the oft-ordinary taste we’ve all grown accustomed to. Distilled from the very best grains, aged to perfection, and bottled under their own roof, FEW remains in their own hands until distribution.

FEW “Breakfast” Gin

FEW BREAKFAST GIN is targeting the brunch market with a cocktail gin . This gin includes Earl Gray tea as a botanical, lemon, juniper, and other more traditional gin botanicals. It has a complex and advanced base, made from corn, wheat and barley.

70cl 42% vol.

Nose: Coriander, lemon balm and rice paper are the early risers here. Following them, the aromatic, inviting notes of brewing Earl Grey start to develop handsomely.

Palate: The elegant and refreshing qualities of Earl grey are well displayed here, alongside bergamot’s unique citrus characteristics and fresh juniper. A touch of peppermint and violet fragrance on the mid-palate.

Finish: Lingering sweetness with a burst of cinnamon for good measure.

Country: USA
Alc. Type: London Dry Gin
Distillery: Few Spirits Distillery
ABV: 42% vol.
Volume: 70 cl

FEW “American” Gin

FEW Spirits hails from Evanston in the United States of America, a city that suffered Prohibition for over one hundred years thanks to many of its advocates hailing from its dry streets.

Thankfully Evanston is now home to this excellent craft distillery which takes its name ironically from the initials of Frances Elizabeth Willard, a key figure in the Temperance Movement.

70cl 40% vol.

Nose: The aroma is vibrant with lemon zest and a blast of juniper.

Palate: Vanilla sweetness with chewy juniper and top notes of lemon.

Finish: Clean and tidy with a rewarding freshness.

Country: USA
Alc. Type: Dry Gin
Distillery: Few Spirits Distillery
ABV: 40% vol.

FEW “Barrel” Gin

What was once clear is now complex. Presenting subtle notes of fennel and hot spices, while a smoky smoothness of the burned barrel permeates juniper, this barrel distillate tastes of gin but has the maturity of a bourbon.

70cl 42% vol.

Nose: Rich, spiced aromas. Hints of lemon peel, earthy juniper and sugared peels.

Palate: Rich, almost biscuity palate. Cloves, stem ginger, hints of tart berry fruit, oily juniper and rich spice. Quite herbal after a time in the glass.

Finish: Long, gingerbread-lined finish. Berry fruits on the tail.

Country: USA
Alc. Type: London Dry Gin
Distillery: Few Spirits Distillery
ABV: 40% vol.
Volume: 70 cl
