Kimerud Gin
Kimerud Gin 40% is a highly awarded gin. The gin is well balanced owing to the careful blending of 22 fine botanicals. Most of the botanicals is homegrown on Kimerud farm.
Set in a family farm distillery in Lier valley Norway, Master Distiller Ståle Håvaldsen Johnsen made this complex and smooth gin, that is perfect for a Gin Tonic.
Some of the botanicals we use includ`s Juniper, Coriander, Ginger Root, Walnut, Mint, Angelica, Orange and Lemon Peel.

Fresh, smooth and citric with good balance and balance among its botanicals. An aroma of the sea can be noted in the gin as we use the herb «Rhodiola Rosea» picked on the cliff of the Arctic`s Norwegian Sea.

Kimerud Collector’s Pink Gin
This gin owes its subtle dry palate to the hand picked berries from Kimerud farm from July to August.
Master distiller Ståle Johnsen his wife Barbara and two daughters collect the rich, ripe berries. This Pink Gin containes no less than 23 botanicals.
A touch of sourced sugar is added to give the spirit a mild sweet balance.

Kimerud Wild Grade Gin
Kimerud Wild Grade gin 47% is the most powerfull and dry gin in Kimerud family, here you can feel the touch of more wild botanicals that grows in the north (artic zone) of Norway. The spirit is distilled 5 times and we add only pure mountain water after distillation. Distilled in the same way as a “London Dry Gin”.
22 handpicked botanicals are used, including Juniper, Coriander, Ginger Root, Walnut, Mint, Angelica, Orange and Lemon peel. Most of the botanicals is homegrown on Kimerud fram.

Kimerud Hellside Aged Gin
Built on the award winning KIMERUD Gin, we introduce a double cask gin “KIMERUD Hillside Aged Gin” 42% alc/vol. Distilled in the same way as a “London Dry Gin”.
The gin has been stored in various oak barrels, old sherry barrels and fine French oak barrels for a total of 6 months, all of which have contained HÅVALDSEN Aquavit.

Very complex and elegant. KIMERUD Hilside Aged Gin takes the best flavors and aromas from KIMERUD Gin and HÅVALDSEN Aquavit, and also some sweetness from the sherry, the delicate brown sugar and vanilla from the French oak barrels.

Havalden Aquavit
Håvaldsen Triple Cask Aquavit is made from potatoe spirit, distilled in the same method used on the best gin`s. By distilling all the herbs at the same time and just adding clean mountains water after the distillation. The herbs are well integrated into the end product and get the highest quality. “Distilled in the same way as a London Dry Gin”.
Håvaldsen has been stored in three different barrels for a minimum of 9 month`s in total, Sherry , Madeira and fine French oak. This is the first triple-cask aquavit made in Norway and most likely worldwide.

Experience a profound aftertaste from botanicals including: Carvi, Coriander, Angelica, Mint, Ginger Root, Orange and Lemon peel.
Caramel, fennel, black liquorice, red wine sweetness and a touch of cooling menthol. Oak-y heat develops in the background, tempered by citrus.
