March, 1994
Central Hisumer begins its journey hand in hand with Mezcal Benevá and Black Dead Vodka in the world of imported premium spirits. The latter was at its peak, when his controversial “rogue image” went around the world.

Blanton’s & Ifema.
May, 1995
Hisumer reached an agreement to start the importation of Blanton’s, the first single barrel bourbon whiskey, and presented it at the first major fair where he presented his products, Food Week at IFEMA, Madrid.

Paris, Mexico & Polonia.
October, 2000
This year marked a before and after in terms of international fair participation: Expo ANTAD & Alimentaria – Mexico, SIAL – Paris and Expo Wine – Poland.

Whisky Single Malt Philosophy.

Hisumer set out to become the importer of premium distillates with the largest variety of single malt whiskeys in its portfolio.

Alimentaria – Barcelona.

Following this philosophy of specializing in single malt whiskeys, Hisumer participated with his stand themed as a Scottish distillery, surprising all those attending Alimentaria 2008.

After becoming the company with the largest single malt whiskey portfolio, Hisumer intends to do so with premium gins as well, following the growing market demand.
